Anne trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis in hypnotherapy which she uses extensively to help people resolve their issues and problems.
Anne keeps up to date with the latest innovations in the therapy world and to this end has received training in energy/meridian therapies with Tam and Mair Lewellyn which includes EFT and BSFF. Anne has found these brief processes to be an essential and effective part of her successful practice.

Anne has extensive experience in helping people of all ages and backgrounds and has received many  testimonials supporting the efficacy of her skills and abilities. She also organises a regular support group for carers of adults with
learning difficulties.

As well as helping people with confidence, phobias, stop smoking, weight control and much more Anne also specialises in OCD and in particular trichotillomania.

Anne trained with Michael Newton and his team in Holland in 2004 and went on later that year to become an accredited Life Between Lives facilitator. She served as an assistant trainer at the 2006 UK training held in Bedford, England

With practices in West Kensington and the West Midlands, Anne is conveniently close to main rail, tube and road links. Anne is sometimes able to schedule a home visit in certain circumstances. Please enquire.
