I live and practice Reiki, Clinical Hypnotherapy (Associate member of British Society of Clinical Hypnosis), and Advanced Sound Wave Energy in central Birmingham. Last year I gave up my job at the Birmingham Children’s Hospital as a clinical scientist in the field of genetics to set up my own practice (yes big change for sure!).

My own journey began with my son, who is now 10 years old, who gave me a very special gift when he was 3 months old. The gift was that he developed eczema. The reason it was a gift (not because I am sadistic before you think it!), was because it began an inner journey for me at a point in my life where I had internally asked the universe for spiritual growth. Through the trials and tribulations of going through many ways of helping my son through what was so rough for him, he helped me become a stronger person, and to grow spiritually. Of course the journey has not ended yet and continues but that is life!  

On this journey that I began, over the years, I trained as a Reiki Master in the whole Reiki Energy Mastery system (reiki-energy-mastery), and then the Advanced Sound Wave Energy system, a powerful ancient Egyptian system of healing using inaudible sound. During this time I found Michael Newton’s books, and was absolutely fascinated by the information in them and I felt I had found what my soul purpose was. Following which I took clinical hypnotherapy training with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, training with them to Practitioner level. During this training I also completed the Life Between Life course with Michael Newton, which was a very inspirational experience.
